Quick port for MorphOS by BeWorld

You need last SDL2 min 2.0.20 and MOS 3.16

Add F10 = Switch window/fullscreen
Add F12 = Quit
Add Button A (Game controller) to jump
Fix sound
Fix Pre2 big endian

- Included all datad with my archive (games seem available on myabandonware and abandonware france)

Version R2 23.01.22
- Update  to GIT version, add pre2 (PreHistorik2) + data demo
- Change icons, add different directory for game

Version R3 09.03.22
- Update to last GIT
- Compiled with last SDL2 and last libmodplug (no more need modplug.library)
- Now use hardware accelerated (opengl renderer)
