Hi Beworld, I'm not sure what you mean by pressing Ctrl+M, as ScummVM was not blocking the mouse, it was blocking the KEYBOARD SHORTCUT swapping back to Ambient via the keyboard - by pressing the RCmd+m or n (or on my setup 'x' - as-in 'eXchange'/swap which is easier to reach using just one hand) than 'n' or 'm'.

My issue was nothing to do with the 'mouse cursor', though I'm not really sure what the 'mouse cursor' is, in the context you have stated it, unless you meant the mouse pointer?

The issue is to do with the keyboard shortcuts - combinatiion keypresses that allow you to swap screens. ScummVM v2.2.0 seems to have disabled the key combination - this is not the case with v2.1.1 - so something is different in the code between the 2 versions, that needs fixing.

Hi Beworld, Thanks for the additional question, but just to explain further - the game I found this happened on was Hoyle's Classic Card Games.

I haven't tested it on other games as yet. I just thought as I'd spotted it was a problem on that game I ought to mention it anyway.

The issue is that the screen it is on will not allow you to swap to Ambient, using the RCmd+m or n (or on my setup 'x' - as-in 'eXchange'/swap which is easier to reach using just one hand) than 'n' or 'm'.

Hope this explains it enough for now. ;-)

When I launch a ScummVM game from v2.2.0git I get the following warnings:
Looking for a plugin supporting this target... SCI [all games]
WARNING: Sync::start: failed to find resource sync36.15(15, 179, 0, 7)!
WARNING: Sync::start: failed to find resource sync36.15(15, 179, 0, 1)!
WARNING: Sync::start: failed to find resource sync36.15(15, 179, 0, 1)!
WARNING: Sync::start: failed to find resource sync36.15(15, 179, 0, 3)!

Also, once any game has loaded, unlike v2.1.1 you cannot get back to Ambient, for instance, to adjust the volume for the ScummVM emulator, with any key combination as far as I can tell - unless you quit/exit.
