Screenshot.sbar is a Screengrabber residing in the screens titlebar. Besides being
able to grab entire screens, Screenshot.sbar can grab single Windows, multiple Windows,
freely selectable rectangle areas, even areas simply drawn with the mouse and much more.

- Can grab windows, entire screens or just a freely selectable portion of the screen

- Can grab windows including their shadows

- Can grab the Mouse Pointer too

- Can overlay a watermark image over taken screenshots

- Can superimpose an editable text over taken screenshots

- Freely setable Grab-Delay

- Nice fluidly animated countdown window

- Sounds for countdown and grabbing

- Iris Animation when grabbing

- Can run a script after grabbing is done

- Comes with a built in paint program to:
- Easily blur out, obfusciate or highlight texts and areas of the image
- Offers a nice symmetry tool known for example from Deluxe Paint (and yes, I am
terribly sorry but this feature had to be added because it's cool)
- Can draw arrows pointing at different things which is cool too!
- As a bonus it comes also as a separate program (see Bonus Drawer)

- Was called SchnitzelSchnäpper while in development, so be glad ;-)

What do you select on the tool, in order to blur specific parts of the grab?

I didn't try the TestPaint utility/program from the Bonus Folder, but the included option of the main program "Show editable preview of the Screenshot" is basically the same piece of software, as far as I can figure out, though it doesn't have the brush tool with menu options, but the built-in Screenshot editing tool seems like a useful utility.

Did anybody try TestPaint program in Bonus folder? It's sadly slow while manipulating different tools on picture but it's quite fun and OS friendly :)

This is a well thought out little screengrab/screenshot tool, with some imaginative options, like the polygon, ellipse and freehand grab tools, that allow you to save complex shaped object(s) rather than just a square or rectangular window - which is usually the only option. Also the built-in image editing tool/program/utility to edit the grab there and then - I like it a lot. However, I was surprised that there is no option to save a screengrab as a JPG file, only PNG images. Though there are lots of image manipulation/conversion tools to change the image to whatever you want it to be later on. Great stuff, thanks for all your effort to make this screenbar utility so useful.
