NBLOOD - MorphOS: beta port R2

You need last SDL2 library
Many thanks to BSzili

Only software render (no opengl).
Building with FLAC/OGG support.

Test with GOG version, you need to edit BLOOD.ini to delete D:\ (i put my BLOOD.INI)
Movies (files SMK) working.

GamePad detect but dont know how working :-(
Game seem not stable on exit or change resolution... (not always....)
