This is port of hivelytracker player routine developed by Peter Gordon.
Archive includes hvlplay.library and hvl.player plugin for AmiNetRadio,
required development material to use hvlplay.library and full source
code to the library and plugin.

Plugin supports total play length calculation and seeking (you can fastforward
or rewind to any position in tune). AHX is supported (enabled from plugin prefs)
but playback is not very accurate. If you want accurate playback it is better
let ahxplay handle AHX tunes. AHX tunes do not sound bad in hvlplay, it just
sounds different and sometimes also better.

Requirements: MorphOS or AMIGA with 020+FPU and Kickstart 2.0
