Forgot to mention that is on an iMac 20" iSight with 128MB VRAM on Enhanced screens.

Transparency in Panels works only with screens that are set in the Enhanced mode (in MorphOS prefs -> Screens). A 32 MB gfx card might not have enough vmem to use this feature, but you could try to use single buffered display, lower res, or 16bit depth as a compromise).

How do you get a transparent panel? I have tried the alpha setting but it has zero effect. Mac Mini 1.42 Ghz 32MB VRAM.
