Port of Pushover 0.0.5 for MorphOS by BeWorld 2017-12-12

* tranform ogg to wav... no working dont know why :(

* multilanguage support.
* joystick support (port 0, button 0 = ESC/RETURN, button 1 = ACTION)

Need Intl.library and last PowerSDL.

Compile with gcc 4 and strip with MorphOS 3.9 SDK 3.10
