Port by BeWorld.

You need last SDL2 libraries
Game use 100% OpenGL.

- Add gamecontroller support and forceback (XBox gamepads) in game
- Add switch fullscreen/window mode with F5
- Add FPS show with F11 key

Fullscreen have VSync, but window mode have 100% CPU and more FPS....

20.02.2021: first release
Not really test, please contact me if any problem.

build with MOS 3.16 / SDK 3.16 and SDL 2.0.20, libmodplug
