* Stunt Car Remake - SDL2

This is an AmigaOS 4 port of Stunt Car Remake, a remake of the legendary
Stunt Car Racer. Game needs TinyGL to work. It also uses SDL2,
SDL2_ttf and OpenAL libraries.

Use cursor keys to drive and space bar to boost.

But add vsync option
ALT-ENTER to switch fullscreen/windowed
Build with last SDL2 and last openAL
Add game controller support
