Usage: geowrite2rtf <infile> <outfile.rtf|outfile.html|outfile.txt>

This tool converts a C64/C128 GEOS GeoWrite .CVT file into an RTF, HTML,
or plain-text file, depending on the file extension of <outfile>.
All graphics information will be discarded. Choose RTF for best results.
