This is a quick compilation of grafx2.8 (last commit 022022) for MorphOS.

- build with GCC 11 and last SDK (MorphOS 3.16)
- add tiff support
- add lua 5.3.6 support

- Disable Preview Image on Load/save file selection
- Fix somes MORPHOS mistakes
