This is port of cdplayer.library written by Fredrik Wikstr�m for AmigaOS 4:

This library uses READ CD command to play CD audio tracks over AHI and is
modern replacement for the original cdplayer.library V37:

Changes in 6/1/2014 (52.7):
- Merged fix from OS4 version (flush buffers when paused)
- Optimized CDDA decoding

Changes in 2/6/2012:

- The background process no longer copies parent WindowPtr, HomeDir or anything
like that.
- The background process is now using compact 2 kB stack.

Changes:

- AHI replay routine is not killed on expunge (not allowed)
- Replayer routines were partially rewritten due to use of AllocSysObject()
calls in the original replacement
- included development material for MorphOS
- Install script was modified to install both 68k and PPC native libraries
- Uses AltiVec on MorphOS
